Cornflake Chocolate Nests

A really easy recipe to make easter nests in which to place mini chocolate eggs.

100 g bar of organic dark chocolate
50g butter
1 tablespoon of golden syrup
1 tablespoon of drinking chocolate
125 g of cornflakes
about 15 paper cake cases

mini easter eggs to decorate (2 or 3 per nest)

Melt the first four ingredients together in an ban marie and then take off the heat and add the cornflakes. Stir thoroughly and press into easter nest shapes in the cake cases.

Place in refridgerator to cool.

When cold you can put one or two mini eggs into each easter nest. These little nests make a delicious easter treat.
