Ingredients for Orange Marmalade
1 Kg Seville Oranges 75 ml lemon juice 2Kg Demerera Sugar
Directions for making Orange Marmalade
Chop and squeeze the oranges into a preserving pan and boil for two hours. Next stir in the lemon juice and sugar and boil rapidly for just shy of half an hour. Wait a few minutes to let it cool a little and fill 6 sterile jam jars. The marmalade will last 2 years on the shelf.
