Salmon appetizers

12 Mini bagels
6-8oz fresh salmon
6 oz. room temperature cream cheese
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon horseradish
4 ounces minced smoked salmon
Handful of Dill

Place the cream cheese, lemon juice, horseraddish and smoked salmon in a blender or pestle and mortar (add a little salt in mortar to make it easier) and grind to a fine paste.

shred the fresh salmon in to small bite-sized pieces and chop the dill very finely. Combine this with the cream cheese paste and spread on split mini bagels. Serve cold.
